It is important that your contact details and billing information are kept up-to-date at all times. As well as being required for legal reasons, correct contact and billing information is needed in case we need to send you important information and to ensure automatic payments continue every month. So if your name, address, contact details or billing details change, it is vital to log into your billing area and update your information, as soon as possible.

Updating contact details

Start by going to the Chillidog Hosting website. Under the Login menu, click on Billing and sign into your account, using your normal email address and password. Under the welcome message at the top right, click on the Edit Account Details button.

On the My Details page, fill in all the required fields carefully. Click on the blue Save Changes button when done.

Editing billing information

If you pay for hosting using credit or debit card, you can easily update your card details at any time. This is especially important if your bank issues you with a new card, or you change bank or building society and get issued with a different card. Follow the same steps as above. But on the My Details page, click the Credit Card Details tab. Enter the details of your new card and click the blue Save Changes button.

A similar procedure should be followed if you pay for your hosting using PayPal. If your PayPal account changes, you will need to update your PayPal information and setup a new automatic payment.
