You can easily upgrade, downgrade or cancel your Chillidog Hosting account at anytime in your billing area. Start by going to the Chillidog Hosting website. Under the Login menu, click on Billing and sign into your account, using your normal email address and password. Under the Account Overview heading, click on the View link, next to Products/Services.
Upgrading or downgrading your account
If you need to change your hosting plan for more or less bandwidth and / or disk space, you may need to consider upgrading or downgrading your hosting account. By following the instructions above, you should find you land on the My Products and Services page. Next to the corresponding hosting package listed on this page, click the arrow immediately right of View Details button. Select Upgrade / Downgrade from the menu.
Important: Should you have overdue or outstanding invoices, you will be prompted to pay these first. Once paid, you will be able to upgrade or downgrade your account.
Cancelling a hosting account
Should you wish to cancel a hosting account, follow the same instructions in the introduction section above. On the My Products and Services page, click the arrow immediately right of View Details button. Select Request Cancel from the menu. You will then be taken to a screen like the one pictured below.

In the box shown, type a reason for cancellation and select the cancellation type from the popup menu. Click the red Request Cancelation button when done.
Important! Cancellation of accounts is permanent and will close the requested hosting account, plus MySQL databases, and all FTP and email accounts linked to that account. All data will be delated and these changes can’t be undone. It is your responsibility to make adequate backups, before proceeding with an account cancelation.
