When using a Form element in your site, you'll often need to add email address information so that the form can be sent. It's general practice (mostly required) that the form be sent from the same domain (url) as where the form is displayed. To do so, you'll need to create (or use an existing) email address in cPanel and then use the following settings:
The Hostname is
yourserver.chillidoghosting.com
(this could be bell.chillidoghosting.com or nacho.chillidoghosting.com . If you're not sure which one to
use, please ask us)
The username and password is the email address you create in the cPanel. Be sure to use the full email address as the username.
Also, ssl is not required or recommended as it’s all within the server so ssl isn’t needed for a contact form. It’ll slow the form submission down.
