Yes! Migrating a website is not the easiest of tasks, but we are here to hopefully make the task as smooth and easy as possible.
When you open an account of Frankfurter or higher (annual plan) then WE do all the heavy lifting for you for FREE. That means we move your website, databases, and emails anything you have on your old hosting to your new Chillidog server. Just let us know your log-in details to the host you're moving away from and we'll take it from there.
As always, our site help is available to help you with all Chillidog Hosting related questions, but as for questions regarding the host that you were originally on, you will need to contact the original host.
We also recommend backing your work up on your site’s current server on the off chance something goes wrong with your migration. You’d do it for your phone. You’d do it for your computer. Why not do it for your website?
